Many parts of the course are unaccessible due to prolonged rainfall. Unfortunately the course is closed and there will be no competition today…Thursday 23rd March
Please be aware that the Course is closed today due to sustained rain over the past few days (weeks). Condition of course will be re-assessed throughout today leading to decision first thing tomorrow about a Thursday competition. Carts for Thursday are very unlikely to be in place even so.
Due to persistent rain overnight, and continuing rainfall throughout the morning, there is no competition today. The course is water logged and sections are impassable.
Looking good for this weekend 🙂
Closure of The First Tee The resurfacing of the First Tee will commence on Monday 9th January. Members are advised a temporary tee will be placed approximately 80 metres up the fairway while construction takes place from Monday 9th to Friday 13th January. (Hopefully) Once construction is completed a temporary tee will be in place in front of the new tee. The tee will be out of play for approximately 6-8 weeks depending on weather conditions.
