Rated on the scoring index as the easiest hole on the course, the fourteenth is a genuine birdie opportunity. Two tees can be used on this hole. The alternate tee is twenty metres to the right of the championship plates and gives a good view of two large Poplar trees which may be in play for some golfers. The lack of length on this hole is compensated partly by a creek directly in front of the green which tries to play at the nerves of golfers looking to take advantage of this hole. The putting surface is raised from the surrounds left and right to make any mishit shots difficult to recover from. These obstacles aside, the fourteenth is the best chance of birdie as the closing holes approach.
